Auromar, Panama is an incredibly special place in our story as a business as it was one of the coffees that started the journey - coffee from the farm was used by our Founder, Paul, at the World Barista Championships. And after many years of trying coffee from the Brenes-Eleta family project, we were able to visit earlier this year.
This coffee is processed as a natural and true to form, is fruit-forward and creamy. It makes an exceptional espresso, or simply brewed as a pour-over. In the cup we find flavour notes of orange, pineapple and cashew.
