Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that any coffee equipment or accessories include all original manuals and components.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our roasting facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
