How long does shipping take?
We roast our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency to save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your account portal.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on direct-trade relationships, ensuring that our farmers are paid well above Fair Trade prices and that all farming practices are environmentally sustainable.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we move quickly to roast and ship your coffee, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed.
Do you provide whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press brewing methods.
